Championship Efforts Earn Eagles Major All-Conference Honors

STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern Eagles track & field placed multiple standouts on the All-Sun Belt Women's Indoor Track & Field teams following championship-winning performances at the conference meet.
NaJ Watson, Adonijah Currie, Alanna Smith and Shatalya Dorsett each earned First Team All-Conference honors after capturing event titles to lead the Eagles' standout showing. Their gold-medal efforts highlighted a strong championship performance and underscored the program's sprint and relay depth on the conference stage.
In addition, Kennedy Hood secured Third Team All-Conference recognition for her performance, adding to Georgia Southern's list of postseason accolades.
The honors reflect the Eagles' continued rise within the Sun Belt Conference and cap a successful indoor championship campaign for the program.
